These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KickPulse ("the App"), operated by Insight Decima, S.A. de C.V. ("Decima", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KickPulse, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area), and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Free Tier: The App is available for free with advertising provided by Google AdMob. Free users have access to live scores, standings, fixtures, the sticker album tracker, news, and standard match notifications.

KickPulse Premium: For a one-time payment of $1.99 USD (or local equivalent), users can unlock Premium features including: removal of advertisements, the interactive Bracket Predictor, and personalized news. Premium is a non-consumable in-app purchase — once purchased, it is yours permanently and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID or Google account.

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region. We do not offer refunds beyond those provided by Apple or Google under their standard refund policies.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Match data, scores, standings, and news content are provided by third-party services (football-data.org, NewsAPI.org). Insight Decima, S.A. de C.V. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Live scores may be delayed by up to several minutes. Do not rely on KickPulse data for gambling, financial decisions, or any other high-stakes purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 KickPulse Brand

The KickPulse name, logo, and application design are proprietary to Insight Decima, S.A. de C.V. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5.2 Third-Party Content

KickPulse displays content owned by third parties, including team names, competition names, news articles, and statistical data. This content is used for informational and identification purposes under fair use principles. All trademarks and registered trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of El Salvador.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
